Our Centre Manager and Kindergarten Co-ordinator , Bel is a Qualified Kindergarten teacher with 15 years experience in the Early Childhood Educations and Care environment. Bel supervises the overall running of the service along with recruiting exceptional educators to deliver the highest quality programs.

Stephanie Ashurst

Centre Manager

Our Centre Manager, Stephanie is a Qualified Early Childhood Educator undertaking her Advanced Diploma. Stephanie oversees the overall running of the service assisting families with enrolments and keeping the services Policies and Procedures compliant.

Jennifer Brown

Administration 2IC (ECT)

Jen is a qualified Early Childhood Teacher who assists with Centre operations including administration Occupational Health and Safety and assisting with Inclusion support services for families requiring this support.

Claire Hardiman

Educational Leader

Claire is the Centre’s Educational Leader supporting the delivery and development of high quality educational programs and practices whilst mentoring educator development at the Centre. 

Meredith Froomes

3yo Kindergarten Teacher (ECT)

Meredith delivers the 3yo Funded Kindergarten Program at Dromana Early Learning Centre and Kindergarten, working closely with the local Pre-school Field officer, allied health professionals and families to support each child as they commence their Kindergarten milestone.

Joanne Naylor

4yo Kindergarten Teacher (ECT)

Jo delivers the 4yo Funded Kindergarten Program at Dromana Early Learning Centre and Kindergarten, working closely with the local Pre-school Field officer, Surrounding Primary Schools and Allied Health professionals to support each family as their child continues their Kindergarten Education in preparation for school.
